Information and permissions
Share only needed information and define boundaries for external actions.
Rewriting an invitation rarely requires a full contact list. Placeholders such as “Friend A” can be enough for a draft. Ask whether each piece of information is necessary before sharing it. Keep passwords, verification codes, and unrelated private records out of the task.
Permission to draft is not permission to send. Define what the tool may read, what it may change, and which actions require review. It may prepare travel options while booking, paying, or messaging friends requires explicit authorisation.
External pages can contain instructions that conflict with your task. Treat retrieved material as data, not authority to change the goal. At the end, inspect the deliverable and action records rather than relying on a completion message.
Make your understanding visible
For “Help prepare a gathering,” name two allowed actions and two requiring confirmation.

Allowed: organise an anonymised headcount and draft a schedule. Confirm first: send invitations and pay a deposit. Also state the budget and information that must not be shared.
